What a Gem Oryx is ! It's a place that I would definitely come back in the future. I had an outstanding night on a comfortable bed. Feel bad for just spending 1 night here. You got everything you need (Internet, Air conditioner, TV) and worked efficiently. Location is spot on, plus a helpful Host to make you feel at home.

Hotel is completely new and cleaned and well located. On top of that the manager is kind, communicative ,and willing to assist. For sure Oryx Boutique worth a visiting when in Maputo.

The host was very friendly and always responsive. Our stay was really nice and what you see on the pictures are what you get. Clean space and we loved the shower!!! Restaurants in walking distance. The following morning we had a beautiful breakfast at the bottom. Very nice space. Thanks for being so helpful and friendly.

Really clean and new apartment block. The shower pressure was 10/10! Would defs recommend for an affordable and clean stay in a nice part of Maputo. The Manager was a FANTASTIC host. Nothing was an issue - helped us out but wasn’t invasive.

Oryx is a cute boutique hotel in Maputo with a very positive vibe.The staff are very helpful,the hotel is very safe,internet is fast and always available and the ground floor has a lovely cafe that serves delicious crepes and other food.I highly recommend if you are looking for accomodation in Maputo.

We were so pleasantly surprised that we liked this place so Much! We chose it because it was in a convenient area for us and figures, "location is more Important to us for this short amount of time". So clean and bright and also very secure! The manager was a spectacular host, even meeting us at 2 a.m. after our flight was delayed. We recommend Oryx for the location, price, security, cleanliness and Le Creperie downstairs.
